As most kids, I built models when I was younger. Whenever I’d visit family members in small towns my parents would give me a model to build to occupy myself while the adults were talking. When I entered high school and college, I didn’t have time for it anymore. However after I’d been in the workforce for a few years, I made another friend at a hobby shop, and got back into building rockets and models. My love of scale modeling has fed into so many other hobbies for me.

I have to thank Starship Modeler for a large part of it. Without Starship Modeler, I would not have made the lifelong friends that I enjoy. I would not attend WonderFest, the premier science fiction and horror modeling show on the planet.

Primarily, I enjoy vehicles and grand robots from Japanese movies and TV. I also build and paint resin busts and figures of horror and pop culture subjects. Lately, I’ve also focused on painting gaming miniatures.
